Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
1. Use of vouchers
Gift vouchers can be used in full- or in part-payment for services offered by Graceful Garden Designs, including garden design, planting plans, on-site consultations and the supply of plants for projects created by Graceful Garden Designs.
2. Voucher validity
Vouchers are valid for five years from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be stated on the voucher.
3. Delivery
Physical vouchers are delivered by Registered Post. An additional delivery charge of €10.00 applies to delivery within Ireland and is payable by the purchaser.
4. Transferability
Vouchers are transferable and may be given to another person.
5. Using the voucher
Vouchers may be used as full or part payment. Where the cost of the service exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer.
6. Remaining balance
Where a voucher is only partially used, the remaining balance will remain available to the voucher holder. Where the remaining balance is more than €1, the customer may request that the balance be refunded by bank transfer or issued as a new voucher, in accordance with applicable Irish consumer law.
7. Lost or mislaid vouchers
Graceful Garden Designs cannot accept responsibility for vouchers that are lost, stolen or mislaid. Where proof of purchase is available, replacement of a lost voucher may be considered at the discretion of Graceful Garden Designs, provided the original voucher is cancelled and has not already been redeemed.
8. Damaged or altered vouchers
A voucher may not be accepted where it has been altered or damaged to the extent that its authenticity or validity cannot reasonably be verified.
9. Redemption
Vouchers must be presented, or the unique voucher number provided, when booking or paying for services.
10. Appointments and project availability
Purchase or presentation of a voucher does not guarantee a particular appointment date nor give priority over existing bookings.
11. Consumer rights
These terms and conditions do not affect any statutory rights the consumer may have under Irish consumer law.
