Terms and Conditions

 

1. Vouchers can be purchased from €100.

2. Vouchers can be used in full- or part-payment for services offered by Graceful Garden Designs including – garden design,

     on-site consultation, supply of plants for projects created by Graceful Garden Designs.

3. Vouchers are valid for five years from date of issue (as stated on voucher).

4. Vouchers can be delivered personally by Graceful Garden Designs (distances up to 30km) or by Registered Post.     

     Additional fee for posting by Registered Post in Ireland is €15.00 and is covered by the purchaser.

5. Vouchers are third-party transferable.

6. Where balance remaining on voucher after provision of services is €50 or greater, a new voucher will be issued.

7. Where balance remaining on voucher after provision of services is less than €50, either a new voucher can be issued, or the

    remaining balance can be refunded by bank transfer.

8. Lost or mislaid vouchers cannot be replaced.

9. Damaged or defaced vouchers will not be honoured.

10. Vouchers will be redeemed only by presentation to Graceful Garden Designs in person.

11. Projects paid either in full or in part by vouchers, do not assume priority.
